Key Qualifications:

  • Holds current credentials as a School Psychologist (State certification/licensure required by start date)
  • Knowledgeable in psychological assessments, counseling, and interventions for K-12 students
  • Comfortable supporting a diverse caseload across several schools
  • Experienced in collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Skilled in writing clear, actionable evaluations and recommendations
  • Committed to in-person service for the entire assignment term

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments, behavioral observations, and crisis intervention as needed
  • Deliver individual and group counseling to support academic and social-emotional growth
  • Consult with educators and parents to develop evidence-based interventions
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and participate in IEP meetings
  • Implement strategies to promote positive school climates and foster student success district-wide
