Schedule: Monday to Thursday / 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Pay Range: $18.50 to $20.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the production of innovative upcycled rubber products
  • Master state-of-the-art mixing equipment
  • Ensure top-quality products through precise measurements
  • Participate in our safety-first culture
  • Share your expertise by training team members


What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma / GED, or 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Physical capability to handle materials (up to 55 lbs)
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus
  • Commitment to workplace safety
  • Team-player mindset
  • Forklift or skid steer experience is a plus!


Work Environment & Physical Demands:

This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 60 lbs. PPE provided.
