\nYou are an experienced Community Service Technician with at least one (1) year of property maintenance or related experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Because you interact daily with residents, you take pride in creating a positive experience while maintaining the quality and safety of the community.\n

\nYou enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and being a part of a team that supports each other and takes pride in their work.\n

\nWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING\n
\nComplete service requests in a timely and professional manner\n
\nPerform general repair and maintenance services\n
\nMaintain safe conditions and strong curb appeal throughout the property\n
\nDeliver the highest level of service to residents and guests\n
\nHelp optimize the life and value of the community's physical assets\n
\n
\nWHAT YOU NEED\n
\nAt least one (1) year of property maintenance or related experience\n
\nBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs\n
\nStrong customer service and communication skills\n
\nPossession of - or ability to acquire - commonly used tools, such as channel locks, plumbing tools, electric drill, drywall knives and mud knives\n
\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in indoor/outdoor environments\n
\nReliable transportation, valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance\n
\n
