Key Qualifications:

• Active and current BCBA certification
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred

• Knowledge of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and development of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and analyze data to identify student needs
• Develop and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) for students with behavioral challenges
• Train and support school staff on implementing behavioral strategies and interventions
• Provide consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff to foster inclusive and positive learning environments
• Regularly review progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain thorough documentation
• Attend meetings and participate in IEPs as a behavioral expert
