Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting (preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping abilities
• Passionate about student well-being and success
• Knowledge of current best practices, assessments, and intervention strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ needs
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development
• Use evidence-based methods to facilitate communication and language development
• Offer consultative services to teachers and staff for student success in classrooms
