This full-time position runs from August 24 through June 2, 2027, and offers the chance to make a meaningful difference for students ranging from elementary to select secondary levels. You’ll manage a caseload of 40-50 students, delivering therapy, conducting evaluations, and contributing your expertise in collaborative meetings. Ideal Background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and active Minnesota SLP license (required—please submit a screenshot or copy with your application)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in school-based settings, specifically serving elementary and some secondary students
- Skilled in assessments, developing treatment plans, and engaging with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve a diverse caseload of 40-50 students across elementary and some secondary levels
- Execute comprehensive speech and language therapy services onsite
- Complete timely and accurate evaluations to determine student needs
- Participate in IEP and intervention meetings with teachers and staff
- Track progress, maintain documentation, and communicate regularly with families and education teams
This is an in-person position only—teletherapy is not an option at this time. You’ll be part of a supportive team committed to student success, working regular school hours with the benefit of following the academic calendar.
