A motivated Speech-Language Pathology professional is needed to empower kindergarten through upper elementary learners, with a primary focus on grades 2-3. Enjoy a manageable caseload of 30-50 students spanning 2-3 school sites, allowing you to develop meaningful connections while delivering impactful services.
Key Experience & Qualifications:
- Current Indiana licensure and certification required for SLP work in schools
- Proven experience or clinical training serving school-age children
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and school-based documentation
- Ability to provide both evaluation and ongoing therapy
- Adaptable communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing a dynamic, varied caseload
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy tailored to students’ IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and reevaluations of student communication needs
- Serve as either Teacher of Record or Teacher of Service for students
- Coordinate and lead relevant IEP meetings with families and school team members
- Work closely with educators, support staff, and families to optimize student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school policies
Details to Know:
- Contract runs from August 3rd, 2026 through May 24, 2027
- 18-21 hours per week with flexible options for 3-5 days a week
