School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Bloomington, Indiana

A motivated Speech-Language Pathology professional is needed to empower kindergarten through upper elementary learners, with a primary focus on grades 2-3. Enjoy a manageable caseload of 30-50 students spanning 2-3 school sites, allowing you to develop meaningful connections while delivering impactful services.

Key Experience & Qualifications:

• Current Indiana licensure and certification required for SLP work in schools
• Proven experience or clinical training serving school-age children
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and school-based documentation
• Ability to provide both evaluation and ongoing therapy
• Adaptable communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing a dynamic, varied caseload

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy tailored to students’ IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and reevaluations of student communication needs
• Serve as either Teacher of Record or Teacher of Service for students
• Coordinate and lead relevant IEP meetings with families and school team members
• Work closely with educators, support staff, and families to optimize student progress
• Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school policies

Details to Know:

• Contract runs from August 3rd, 2026 through May 24, 2027
• 18-21 hours per week with flexible options for 3-5 days a week
