Key Qualifications:
- Active state Speech-Language Pathology license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience in school-based SLP roles, particularly working with ASD populations, is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and an ability to manage diverse caseloads independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for successful teamwork with educators, students, and families
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct speech and language intervention to students with varying needs in an onsite school setting
- Evaluate and develop Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals, monitoring progress and updating as necessary
- Conduct assessments, write clear and concise reports, and maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and district guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support students’ academic and communication success
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for best practice strategies
