Key Qualifications:

• Active licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in school-based environments preferred
• Background in home health OT, pediatric OT, or healthcare OT settings a plus
• Strong understanding of IEPs and individualized therapy planning
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted OT services to two elementary students, at 30 minutes per week each
• Manage 1-2 hours of direct and indirect service weekly, adapting to student needs
• Assess, plan, and document therapy services in line with IEP goals
• Communicate effectively with school staff and parents to monitor progress and adapt strategies
• Maintain professional documentation and compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Contribute to a supportive, engaging learning environment focused on student growth
