What we’re seeking:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred
  • Skilled in evaluation, intervention, and IEP goal development for students with varied communication needs
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities with educators, families, and support staff

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students across the K-12 spectrum
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized educational plans
  • Engage in ongoing progress monitoring and keep accurate documentation
  • Provide consultation and support to classroom teachers on communication strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful input to student teams
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and positive learning environment
