Your skills will be valued as you conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to students from kindergarten through high school. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals, ensuring comprehensive support for speech, language, and communication needs.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
  • CCC-SLP or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience or interest in working with K-12 students in a school setting
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
  • Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards in therapy and documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of K-12 students, both evaluating and treating speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure holistic student support
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with IDEA, state, and district guidelines
  • Contribute to school-based teams and participate in meetings as needed
