In this role, you will provide empathetic, resident-focused therapy aimed at improving the quality of life for seniors across various living arrangements, including independent, assisted living, and memory care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapeutic treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
- Focus on activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility enhancement, safety, and promoting functional independence.
- Implement individualized care plans effectively.
- Maintain precise documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
- Educate residents and their families about therapy processes and goals.
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff and care teams to ensure comprehensive resident care.
- Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
