Step into an impactful role supporting young learners as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic educational setting near Little Rock, AR. This contract opportunity runs through May 2027 and offers the chance to help children in a daycare center environment. You’ll work with a manageable caseload of 36-40 students, providing direct SLP services and collaborating with educators and families to foster communication growth in early childhood.

Preferred candidates will demonstrate a passion for pediatric speech-language services, with strong communication and advocacy skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for fully licensed SLPs, and Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

  • Holds a current SLP license or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not required
  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience is a plus
  • Ability to manage caseload documentation with accuracy and timeliness
  • Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to children ages preschool in a daycare center
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and track student progress
  • Consult with teachers and family members to support carryover of strategies
  • Maintain thorough and timely records for compliance and reporting
  • Participate in meetings and contribute as a valued team member in a school setting
