Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP state licensure or ability to obtain before start date
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
  • Pediatric and school-based SLP experience encouraged
  • Comfort working with a diverse caseload of K-12 students
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not a requirement
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services, in person at least 2 days a week (with preference for up to 4 days on-site)
  • Engage in virtual/remote therapy as part of a hybrid schedule
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and fellow professionals to develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports
  • Advocate for student success and support inclusive classroom participation
