Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP state licensure or ability to obtain before start date
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Pediatric and school-based SLP experience encouraged
- Comfort working with a diverse caseload of K-12 students
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not a requirement
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver direct therapy services, in person at least 2 days a week (with preference for up to 4 days on-site)
- Engage in virtual/remote therapy as part of a hybrid schedule
- Collaborate with educators, families, and fellow professionals to develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports
- Advocate for student success and support inclusive classroom participation
