School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - Chandler, Arizona

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, valid, and unrestricted Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license; or multistate privilege from a compact state
• Active CPR certification
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience in school nursing or pediatric healthcare preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently, adapting to dynamic situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 nursing care to a designated student onsite, addressing daily medical needs
• Administer medications, interventions, and health monitoring per individualized care plan
• Support safe participation in school activities, both academic and extracurricular
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with state and school requirements
• Communicate effectively with school staff, students, and families to ensure holistic care
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed
