Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop intervention plans
Support implementation of behavior strategies across school settings
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Provide consultation and staff training as needed
Monitor student progress and maintain documentation
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification
New York licensure, if applicable
School-based experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
