Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current Colorado SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered
  • Experience with school-aged populations and IEP processes
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic educational setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student goals
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for students on your caseload
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state standards
  • Offer guidance and resources to school staff around communication disorders and strategies
  • Participate in meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary teams as required
