Qualifications:
- Valid CCC-SLP or eligibility for SLP-CFY licensure in Alabama
- Certification and credentials required to practice as an SLP in Alabama schools
- Experience or interest in working with pediatric populations

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s goals
- Collaborate effectively with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, sessions, and communications
- Provide consultative support and resources to staff and families to encourage skill generalization
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as a key member of the student support team
