Occupational Therapist School Setting in Brighton, CO

This assignment offers a consistent four-day workweek, primarily spent onsite, collaborating across both elementary and high school levels to offer comprehensive OT services. Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure required
• Previous experience in a school-based OT setting is highly valued
• Comfortable managing caseloads spanning elementary and high school populations
• Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine individual therapy needs and goals
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to students’ abilities
• Deliver direct therapy services three days per week at an elementary school and one day at a high school
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Attend meetings, contribute to IEPs, and participate in ongoing professional development as necessary
