  • Previous school-based SLPA experience is required.
  • Comfortable providing onsite services to students.

  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • New graduates are not eligible for this role; prior professional experience is essential.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support students with speech and language challenges under the guidance of a supervising SLP.
  • Carry out IEP-directed interventions and therapy activities.
  • Document student progress and report on instructional outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote positive student outcomes.
  • Prepare educational materials and organize resources for therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.
