Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrub and circulate in the cardiovascular operating room, delivering specialized care to surgical patients
  • Monitor patient status, promptly communicating changes to the surgical and anesthesia team
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to optimize patient outcomes
  • Ensure proper setup, usage, and maintenance of CVOR equipment and sterile field
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation throughout surgical procedures
  • Provide supportive, safe care during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases

Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years' recent Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) experience
  • Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification preferred
  • Strong critical thinking, organization, and interpersonal communication skills
  • BLS certification required

$2,826 - $3,040/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 38 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
