School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - La Grange, Illinois

In this role, you will split your time among three engaging assignments:

• 1 day each week in a self-contained complex needs classroom
• 1 day in a similar specialty classroom serving diverse learners
• Half a day focusing on a speech-only caseload at a private school

Ideal candidates are organized, adaptable, and eager to foster communication skills in students requiring a range of supports. Your ability to travel between locations will allow you to broaden your impact and experience unique settings throughout the week.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or pending state licensure/credentials to practice as an SLP in schools
• Experience working with students who have complex needs is highly valued
• Reliable transportation for travel between assignments
• Commitment to providing high-quality, individualized speech therapy services

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and implement speech and language interventions tailored to individual student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with IEP and school requirements
