School Psychologist - Vaughn, MT

Empower students and support their growth in an impactful, full-time, contract opportunity as a School Psychologist for the upcoming academic year. Serving a diverse caseload ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade, you'll engage in a range of essential services to foster student well-being and success from August 18, 2026, through May 28, 2027. This role offers a dynamic, collaborative environment and the chance to work closely with both staff and families.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Montana School Psychologist Certification
• Demonstrated experience or strong knowledge of administering assessments, evaluations, and creating detailed reports
• Effective communication skills with both students and adults
• Familiarity with IEP processes and leading/participating in meetings
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to supporting students across a broad range of ages and developmental needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students in grades K-12
• Prepare clear, comprehensive, and timely reports to inform educational decision-making
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to develop and implement effective interventions
• Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing expertise on student needs and progress
• Support the creation of positive, inclusive school environments for all learners
• Assist with crisis intervention and consult on best practices for student mental health and behavioral support
