Registered Behavior Technician in Vanderwagen, NM

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct ABA therapy and behavior support to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to reinforce positive behaviors and reduce challenging ones
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure consistency across environments
• Participate in ongoing training and meetings to remain up-to-date on best practices and procedures
