Key Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience working in educational, clinical, or pediatric settings preferred
- Familiarity with implementing ABA interventions and behavior support plans
- Ability to collect detailed behavioral data and follow treatment protocols with accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Professionalism, reliability, and a compassionate approach to supporting children
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct ABA therapy and behavior support to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect, record, and summarize data on student behaviors as outlined in individualized treatment plans
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to reinforce positive behaviors and reduce challenging ones
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure consistency across environments
- Participate in ongoing training and meetings to remain up-to-date on best practices and procedures
