Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients, ensuring a smooth intake process

Obtain patient vital signs and update medical records accurately

Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures

Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical instruments

Provide patient education and address basic questions in English and Spanish

Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications

Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation

Required Skills

Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar clinical support role

Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish

Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and administrative tasks

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Additional Skills & Requirements

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Medical Assistant program is a plus

Both full-time and flexible schedule options available, with work hours Monday through Friday, 7:50 am to 5:00 pm

Experience in a clinical setting in the region is preferred
