Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid state licensure for SLP practice
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly encouraged
- Skill in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators and families to create effective, individualized therapy plans
- Document progress and contribute reports for IEP meetings
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions in both group and one-on-one settings
- Support students in reaching their academic and social communication goals
- Provide professional input and resources to teachers and parents as part of a multidisciplinary team
