Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Valid state licensure for SLP practice
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly encouraged
  • Skill in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with educators and families to create effective, individualized therapy plans
  • Document progress and contribute reports for IEP meetings
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions in both group and one-on-one settings
  • Support students in reaching their academic and social communication goals
  • Provide professional input and resources to teachers and parents as part of a multidisciplinary team
