Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Prior experience in a school-based position or with pediatric populations preferred
• Comfortable working with diverse student needs across elementary to secondary settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Willingness to oversee or mentor SLPAs is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver targeted therapy both one-on-one and in groups
• Maintain consistent documentation in line with school and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster student success
• Assist with supervision, guidance, and professional support for SLPA team members
