Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Prior experience in a school-based position or with pediatric populations preferred
- Comfortable working with diverse student needs across elementary to secondary settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Willingness to oversee or mentor SLPAs is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver targeted therapy both one-on-one and in groups
- Maintain consistent documentation in line with school and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster student success
- Assist with supervision, guidance, and professional support for SLPA team members
