Step into a dynamic contract opportunity serving children and young adults ages 2–22 in a supportive educational environment. This role calls for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist, passionate about making a positive impact through both in-person and teletherapy services. With approximately 68 students on your caseload, you'll collaborate closely with educational teams to foster communication and language growth across a diverse population.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MS-CCC)
  • Valid and current SLP certification/license
  • Experience with pediatric and school-based populations
  • Skilled in teletherapy modalities
  • Open to both SLP-CFY and SLP-CCC credentialed professionals
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEPs
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy to students ages 2–22 in individual and group settings
  • Conduct assessments, develop goals, and document progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Adapt interventions to support a variety of communication needs
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Offer both on-site and teletherapy services as needed

Role Details:

  • Contract position from ASAP through the end of the school year, with renewal possibility
  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week; Monday through Friday
  • Caseload of approximately 68 students, ensuring impactful relationships and individualized care
