Step into a dynamic contract opportunity serving children and young adults ages 2–22 in a supportive educational environment. This role calls for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist, passionate about making a positive impact through both in-person and teletherapy services. With approximately 68 students on your caseload, you'll collaborate closely with educational teams to foster communication and language growth across a diverse population.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MS-CCC)
- Valid and current SLP certification/license
- Experience with pediatric and school-based populations
- Skilled in teletherapy modalities
- Open to both SLP-CFY and SLP-CCC credentialed professionals
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEPs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to students ages 2–22 in individual and group settings
- Conduct assessments, develop goals, and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt interventions to support a variety of communication needs
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
- Offer both on-site and teletherapy services as needed
Role Details:
- Contract position from ASAP through the end of the school year, with renewal possibility
- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week; Monday through Friday
- Caseload of approximately 68 students, ensuring impactful relationships and individualized care
