Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Experience providing psychological evaluations, counseling, and interventions in school settings preferred
  • Familiarity with the needs of elementary-age students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to upholding ethical guidelines and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
  • Provide counseling services and develop intervention strategies for students
  • Interpret assessment data and participate in special education eligibility meetings
  • Consult with educators and families to promote student well-being and academic success
  • Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) as needed
