Enjoy the flexibility of a 20-25 hour workweek as you provide physical therapy services across designated schools in the Harvest, AL area. Working collaboratively, you’ll partner with a recommended district therapist to divide the caseload and efficiently assign schools, ensuring each student receives tailored PT services detailed in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

What you'll do:

  • Deliver direct physical therapy to students in accordance with their IEPs
  • Track service sessions and meticulously monitor student progress
  • Develop and implement individualized and effective therapy plans
  • Collaborate with IEP teams and contribute valuable recommendations
  • Engage in ongoing communication with educators, families, and school staff
  • Travel between assigned school locations to meet caseload needs

Desired qualifications:

  • Active, valid state Physical Therapist license
  • Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to design, adapt, and implement successful PT interventions
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
