Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Current Maryland SLP License is required
- Open to candidates with SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or strong pediatric/school-based SLP background
- Demonstrated experience or clinical proficiency with pediatric or school-aged caseloads
- Enthusiastic about collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech-language services to students in elementary and Pre-K–12 settings
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans to support each student’s unique needs
- Deliver engaging therapy tailored to a diverse student population
- Maintain clear documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Support students’ academic and social success by collaborating effectively with staff and families
