Qualifications & Required Experience:

  • Current Maryland SLP License is required
  • Open to candidates with SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or strong pediatric/school-based SLP background
  • Demonstrated experience or clinical proficiency with pediatric or school-aged caseloads
  • Enthusiastic about collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality speech-language services to students in elementary and Pre-K–12 settings
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans to support each student’s unique needs
  • Deliver engaging therapy tailored to a diverse student population
  • Maintain clear documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Support students’ academic and social success by collaborating effectively with staff and families
