Two full-time opportunities are available for skilled SLPs who thrive on variety and collaboration—one at a single elementary site and another covering multiple schools within Washington and Greene Counties.

What you'll bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • SLP-CCC credentials
  • Current Pennsylvania SLP Educator Certificate (required)
  • Previous experience working in school settings (preferred)
  • Confidence managing a caseload of approximately 50 students
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to commute between locations as needed
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, effective services onsite

What you'll do:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy to K-5 students in accordance with their individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct thorough evaluations, develop appropriate intervention plans, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote communication goals within the classroom environment
  • Travel between designated school sites if assigned to the multi-site role, adapting therapy delivery to best meet each location’s needs
  • Participate in scheduled training on August 13th–14th (single-site) or August 13th–14th and 17th (multi-site) to ensure a seamless transition into the school year
