\nIn partnership with Running Rebels, participants complete a paid five-day Career Readiness Workshop before beginning work at our Hartford, WI manufacturing facility. The workshop includes professional development, mentorship, financial literacy, conflict resolution, team building, and workplace readiness.

Position Summary
\nAs a Manufacturing Associate, you'll help produce magazines, catalogs, newspaper inserts, and other printed products while learning the printing process from the ground up.
\nResponsibilities include:
\n- \n
- Removing printed product from production equipment \n
- Stacking, sorting, and packaging finished products \n
- Loading collator hoppers \n
- Palletizing finished materials \n
- Moving materials using pallet jacks and Big Joe lifts \n
- Supporting press and finishing crews \n
- Following quality and safety procedures \n
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area \n
- Working as part of a team to meet production goals \n

Schedule Requirements (Required)
\nThis position requires working 12-hour rotating shifts.
\nDay Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
\nChoose one schedule:
\n- \n
- Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Sunday
OR \n - Thursday, Friday, and every other Sunday \n
\n
Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
\nChoose one schedule:
\n- \n
- Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday
OR \n - Wednesday, Thursday, and every other Saturday \n
Applicants must be able to commit to one of these schedules consistently.
\nWhat We're Looking For

Physical Requirements
\nThis position requires:
\n- \n
- Standing for the full 12-hour shift \n
- Frequent lifting of 10–30 pounds \n
- Occasional lifting up to 60 pounds \n
- Repetitive bending, twisting, reaching, and stacking \n
- Moving pallets and materials using powered equipment after training \n
