Job Description
A retail pharmacy requires an experienced Pharmacist for per diem shifts on July 27, 30, and 31. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with retail pharmacy experience who hold a Pennsylvania pharmacy license and are familiar with the DRX computer system. The store is a new location with very low prescription volume, providing a controlled environment to deliver excellent patient care.
Location:

Schedule/Hours:
- Days, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM on July 27, 30, and 31
Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription medications accurately in a retail setting
- Counsel patients on proper medication use and potential side effects
- Utilize the DRX computer system for processing prescriptions efficiently
- Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania pharmacy regulations and best practices
- Support daily pharmacy operations in a low-volume, new store environment
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid Pennsylvania pharmacy license is required
- Proven experience in retail pharmacy settings
- Proficiency with DRX computer system preferred
- Strong attention to detail and patient safety focus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
