Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field
- Current state licensure as a school social worker (or eligibility to obtain licensure in MN)
- Previous experience working in K-12 settings is highly desired
- Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis intervention skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct counseling and social-emotional support to students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student well-being
- Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual student needs

- Maintain accurate records, case notes, and documentation per school and district guidelines
