Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field
• Current state licensure as a school social worker (or eligibility to obtain licensure in MN)
• Previous experience working in K-12 settings is highly desired
• Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis intervention skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct counseling and social-emotional support to students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student well-being
