Qualifications & Desired Background:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid state OT license (or eligibility to quickly obtain)
- Previous experience in a K-12 school setting is highly valued

- Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to inclusive, student-centered support
- Team-oriented mindset, eager to partner with a COTA
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students across varied ages and abilities
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and the COTA to foster student success
- Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
