Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license or certification eligible
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- Experience in pediatrics or schools preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Effective documentation and evaluation abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and timely evaluations for students across K-12
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s speech and language needs
- Deliver direct therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and compliance with school district and state guidelines
- Provide support and resources for students transitioning between grade levels or service models
This school-based contract offers 35 hours per week during a standard Monday-Friday schedule, from September 2026 through June 2027. Compensation ranges from $55 to $57 per hour, presented as highly competitive weekly pay.
