Qualifications:

• Current, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Louisiana-issued Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential through the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board
• Experience in school-based settings is highly desirable
• Ability to complete all district and agency credentialing requirements, including drug screening and fingerprinting, in a timely manner
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Partner with school staff to assess, develop, and implement effective behavior intervention plans for diverse student populations
• Provide ongoing support, professional guidance, and training to teachers and support staff
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and data collection to monitor student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to creating inclusive, positive school climates
• Maintain compliance with state and ethical standards in all aspects of practice
