Desired Qualifications:
- Hold or be qualified to obtain Delaware state licensure as an SLP or CFY
- Prior experience with students facing moderate to severe challenges is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy; support areas such as assistive technology, augmentative communication, and feeding
- Conduct diagnostic and evaluation tests
- Draft insightful, comprehensive student assessment reports
- Work with students (ages 2–22), addressing moderate to severe disabilities
- Develop and manage IEP objectives, collaborating with parents and staff
