Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure/certification for SLP in Michigan
• Relevant school-based experience or strong clinical background
• Ability to provide group and individualized therapy to elementary and middle school students
• Skilled in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing IEPs
• Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload across multiple sites
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language pathology services to K-8th grade students, fostering growth in language, articulation, voice, and fluency
• Conduct evaluations, interpret results, and contribute to the IEP process
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Provide both pull-out and push-in therapy models tailored to student needs
• Maintain accurate progress tracking, documentation, and compliance with school and state guidelines
• Offer consultative support and resources to school staff and parents
• Travel between 2-3 sites within the district as part of the workweek
