Two skilled and compassionate professionals are needed for a contract assignment starting in mid-August 2026 through late May 2027, working full-time hours in an on-site, itinerant setting. You’ll support a diverse student population, collaborating closely with school staff to ensure social-emotional wellbeing and access to vital services.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active and valid Social Worker licensure/certification for the state is required.
  • Prior experience in school-based or youth-centered environments is highly preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and quickly build rapport with students, families, and staff.
  • Demonstrated skills in assessment, crisis intervention, and resource coordination.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.
  • Team-focused mindset with an emphasis on collaboration and problem-solving.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct social work support and interventions for students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to identify strengths, needs, and develop customized support plans.
  • Offer crisis intervention and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings.
  • Connect students and families with community resources and services.
  • Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in compliance with school policies.
  • Flexibly manage caseload assignments; caseload details will be determined following interview and placement.
