What we’re looking for:

• Experience supporting students in special education settings (paraprofessional, teacher’s aide, or similar roles)
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and school staff

• Adaptability to work with a range of grade levels and caseload types (life skills, autism, behavioral support)
• Strong communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct classroom support for K-12 students in life skills, autism, or behavioral settings
• Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Monitor and document student progress and behavior as directed by lead teachers
• Collaborate with instructional staff to adapt materials and activities for student needs
