Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service- Parts & Service Specialist for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Greenville, SC. This office-based role is ideal for a detail-oriented customer service professional with experience in parts, service coordination, quoting, estimating, purchase orders, or order management.
In this position, you will support customers, clients, vendors, and field technicians by preparing service quotes, coordinating vendor pricing, creating purchase orders, and helping keep service operations moving efficiently. You will be an important part of a growing team where accuracy, communication, follow-up, and problem solving are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and send service quotes to customers based on scope of work, material markups, labor estimates, and project requirements.
- Request and review vendor pricing, create purchase orders, and submit orders to vendors in a timely manner.
- Support customers, clients, vendors, and technicians with day-to-day communication, order updates, and service coordination.
- Follow up on open quotes, pending orders, and outstanding service needs to help keep projects and repairs on schedule.
- Review technical drawings, service requirements, and project details to support accurate quoting and order processing.
- Periodically unload, inspect, label, and record incoming shipments of parts, equipment, and tools by hand and with a forklift.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $20 to $25 per hour.
- Annual equivalent: $41,600 to $52,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Full-time.
