\nYou are an experienced Community Manager with at least one (1) year of property management and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. \nOversee daily community operations in a timely and professional manner\n
\nManage resident relations, including leasing, renewals and addressing concerns\n
\nMaintain a welcoming environment with strong curb appeal\n
\nDeliver the highest level of service to residents, prospects and guests\n
\nHelp optimize the community’s performance by supporting occupancy, retention and financial goals\n
\n
\nWHAT YOU NEED\n
\nAt least one (1) year of property management experience\n
\nExperience with affordable housing, preferred\n
\nStrong organizational, communication and customer service skills\n
\nAbility to successfully multitask, solve problems and adapt in a fast-paced environment\n
\nBasic knowledge of leasing, resident relations and community operations\n
\nProficiency with computers, mobile devices and property management software (such as Yardi or RealPage)\n
\nSales and marketing skills, a plus\n
\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a team\n
\nReliable transportation, valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance\n
\n
