Positions are available with a focus on Middlefork School, a therapeutic day school, as well as dedicated preschool programs—each offering a unique opportunity to positively influence children’s lives.

These roles are ideal for SLPs with a passion for pediatrics, those earning their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), and clinicians experienced in teletherapy and school-based services. Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or seeking completion as a Clinical Fellow (CF)
  • Experience with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
  • Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and data-driven documentation
  • Comfort with in-person and virtual service delivery models (teletherapy)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and case management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic evaluations and individualized therapy for students in preschool through high school settings
  • Develop and implement effective IEPs based on student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain timely, thorough documentation and contribute to progress monitoring
  • Adapt interventions to diverse learning styles and needs within therapeutic and classroom settings
