In this multifaceted schedule, you’ll spend one day each week supporting students in two self-contained complex needs classrooms, and half a day providing speech-only services in a Catholic school setting. Flexibility, reliability, and strong communication skills are key as you serve various sites.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP License for the state of Illinois
• Prior school-based experience strongly preferred
• Confidence working independently across multiple sites
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
• Passion for helping students achieve their communication goals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver effective therapy sessions for students in both special education (complex needs) and general education settings
• Collaborate closely with classroom staff, teachers, and families
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
• Travel to assigned schools in Westchester and Darien according to the provided weekly schedule
