• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload during regular school hours
• Collaborate with supportive school teams, including educators, specialists, and families
• Offer screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain up-to-date records to track student progress and ensure compliance
• Participate in meetings and provide consultation as needed to elevate student outcomes
• Elementary duty day: 8:15 AM – 3:45 PM
• Secondary duty day: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Work with approximately 55 student contacts per week across elementary and secondary levels

Desired experience and qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
• Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong collaboration and case management skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based documentation
• Enthusiasm for supporting students’ social, emotional, and academic growth
