- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload during regular school hours
- Collaborate with supportive school teams, including educators, specialists, and families
- Offer screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain up-to-date records to track student progress and ensure compliance
- Participate in meetings and provide consultation as needed to elevate student outcomes
- Elementary duty day: 8:15 AM – 3:45 PM
- Secondary duty day: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Work with approximately 55 student contacts per week across elementary and secondary levels
Desired experience and qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
- Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration and case management skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based documentation
- Enthusiasm for supporting students’ social, emotional, and academic growth
