Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Possess an active, valid BCBA credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Hold a current state-issued Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential through the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board
- Demonstrated school-based BCBA experience is highly preferred
- Fulfillment of district-specific credentialing requirements, including passing both drug screening and fingerprinting
- Adaptability to serve assigned caseload across one or more schools as determined
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop data-driven intervention strategies
- Work collaboratively with educators, support staff, and families
- Monitor, document, and adjust student behavioral plans as needed
- Train and provide ongoing support for teachers and paraprofessionals on effective behavioral interventions
