Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Active, valid BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Current Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential through the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board
  • School-based BCBA experience highly preferred
  • Successful completion of required drug screening and fingerprinting
  • Commitment to start on 8/3/2026 and work full time through 5/27/2027

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a full-time BCBA supporting students as assigned (caseload and schools TBD)
  • Provide high-quality behavioral assessment, program development, and staff training in school settings
  • Collaborate effectively with school teams and district leadership
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district protocols
