Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP or SLP-CF credentials (onsite, not virtual)
- 2+ years of California school-based SLP experience
- At least 1 year of SEIS experience required
- Previous experience supervising SLPAs with facilitator support preferred
- Ability to manage large caseloads and high volumes of referrals
- Bilingual Spanish highly valued, but not mandatory
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Position Details & Responsibilities:
- Full-time opportunity (37.5 hours per week, full school year)
- Serve K-12 students in a supportive team environment
- Likely access to SLPA support staff
- Supervise, coach, and collaborate with SLPAs/facilitators as needed
- Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP meetings
- Develop treatment plans and deliver individualized therapy
- Ensure compliance with district requirements
